  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery
  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and external factors beyond our control, such as weather or shipping delays.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
  1. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its journey to your door.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS, but delivery may take slightly longer.
  • CBD Legal Restrictions: Please note that CBD products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states. It is your responsibility to verify that CBD is legal in your state before placing an order. We are not responsible for any orders that are seized or delayed due to legal restrictions.
  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

 

Refund Policy

At CBD Peace of Mind, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • Gift cards.
  1. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  1. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds
